Emma started her studies in Environment and Development, which she did not complete before doing a course in Business. After completing this, she realised that she did not want to be bound to a 9-5 job, but would rather experience a career where every day holds excitement.
Having completed only the required basic STCW course and no experience, Emma joined the Academy program as a Stewardess. She was given an opportunity that does not come easily to many who are fresh to the industry. Since joining the Academy program, she has been involved in successfully executing some incredible guest trips. The hands-on practical experience she gained helped her progress at an exponential rate. After only one year and six months, she is now in charge of food and beverage and believes this growth was only possible because of the program and how it sets you up for success.
