Sarah joined the Meridian program at the age of 26 with experience in the hospitality industry but lacking yachting experience. As a new crew member, she joined as a Laundry Stewardess. Within five years, Sarah progressed through the ranks of Stewardess until finally reaching the position of Chief Stewardess on board.
This incredible career growth far surpassed others who are in the industry for the same period of time. During this time, she’d trained in other departments such as deck and engineering as the Meridian program allows all to gain experience and knowledge in every aspect of yachting. For Sarah, who is now in a management position in the company, the last 14 years have provided her with the skills to be exceptional in the industry. Still, she believes that the skills and experiences have influenced her personal life and overall growth.
