Jordan decided to join the Meridian Adventure Academy cadetship program directly after completing his High School education. He started at the age of 18, with no knowledge or experience in the yachting or maritime industry. By the age of 20, Jordan was a fully qualified and highly experienced Master of Yachts with an impressive travel resume. He has perfected guest services in some incredible locations globally, such as Fiji, Indonesia and Turkey. At this point in his career, he has far surpassed many who were much older than him.
Jordan is currently a Junior Fleet Captain and is responsible for several vessels, with the crew and masters looking up to him for knowledge and guidance on how to further improve their skills. He is also involved with training the current cadets in the program daily. The experience has turned him into a mature and responsible young man and a leader in his field.
