A yacht steward/ess role is to deliver exceptional service to the owners and guests on board while keeping the inside of the yacht immaculate. Working under the guidance of the Chief Stew, a yacht steward/ess looks after every need of the guests onboard. This role requires typically two years of experience with other land experience.
