This training provides a thorough understanding of Food Safety procedures, emphasising the importance of monitoring staff and controls. Food safety management, Food Safety legislation, and effective communication.

Schedule: 

Students will have access to all the content of the course on the online platform 24/7. During the course and combined with a self-study on the platform, the student will attend class sessions at Barcelona Crew Academy with our expert teacher. The course focuses on practical experience using a range of quality equipment with practical demonstrations by applying skills.

Assessment process:

Assessment Criteria is achieved through the assessment process of practical demonstrations by applying skills, supported by Assessments through written exams, discussion testing or assignment testing.

Prerequisites: 

  • The age limit for attending the GUEST Program is strictly 18 years old or over.
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic service skills
  • Food Safety & Hygiene level 2 certificate

Certificate: 

Certificate by awarded body MCA approved 603/0816/3 QNUK Level III Award in Food Safety for Catering (RFQ) Qualification Network QNUK.
